Prayer: "I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me."

What is Prayer? – Talking With God
What is prayer? Prayer is our direct line with heaven. Prayer is a conversation with God! He wants us to

communicate with Him, like us calling a friend on the phone or emailing a loved one. These are means of communication that allow two or more people to interact, discuss, and respond to one another.  Prayer is simply talking to God. Praying is like talking to your best friend! It’s easy to talk to someone when you know they love you unconditionally!

  • Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and make you new in Him! “Now turn from your sins and turn to God, so you can be cleansed of your sins” (Acts 3:19).
  • Tell Him your needs! “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about what happens to you”      (1 Peter 5:7).
  • Thank God, for Jesus died on the cross at Calvary for us! “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

  The Lords Prayer

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours
now and for ever.

-  I Praise Report January 2016 -

Well here is a REAL praise report!

The periodic CT-Scan (also the first scan after completion of the radiotherapy in November) was undertaken on the 26th January 2016 and as (prayerfully) expected the scan was totally clear. No trace of cancer in the brain, in the lungs, in the chest cavity or in the abdomen –PRAISE THE LORD.

At the end of the radiotherapy treatment in November 2015I had been given the scripture John 19:30 ‘It is finished’. In faith in that scripture I have been claiming that the cancer is now totally eradicated from my body and my life; that that last radiotherapy session would be the final treatment necessary to defeat the disease and that every CT scan or other control from now on will be all clear! Thus the spiritual diagnosis from November 2015 was that I am totally healed and delivered now the January 2016 scan results means that the physical  diagnosis now lines up with the spiritual.,

I am now back in an observation phase, which means that I will undergo a CT-Scan every 3 months, with a consultation with my oncologist based on the scan results. I did warn the scan radiologist that although technically in I am only in remission, the scan today will only be the first of many totally clean scans!

I continue to stand on the scripture in Nahum 1:9 that “Affliction will not rise up a second time”. I AM cancer free and I will REMAIN cancer free for the rest of my days

While reading my bible the day before the scan, the Lord gave me a scripture that I believe was meant for the different prayer warriors in the UK, France, Kenya, the Philippines and the US who have played such a massive role in my healing and who have been standing in faith with me, 2 Corinthians 1:8-11 We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about the troubles we experienced in the province of Asia. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired of life itself. Indeed, we felt we had received the sentence of death. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead.  He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favour granted us in answer to the prayers of many.”

His Place Prayer Support

At His Place we have regular prayer meetings throughout the week where our members meet and pray. Prayer also takes place during our fellowship meetings.  You will find a prayer request form at the end of this page should you like us to be praying for any situation that you would like to share with us. You do not need to give your name should you not wish to. God will know who you are. Give as little or as much information about your situation as you feel happy too. Again God will know what happening. We will gladly pray into what ever your situation may be. If you would like us to follow up your prayer request a  member of leadership team will be in touch.
